Fairmont Udaipur Palace, India

Accor recently unveiled the Fairmont Udaipur Palace in Rajasthan, India. Located atop the ancient Aravali Hills, this luxurious property offers 327 guest rooms and suites. The hotel features eight dining options, seven event venues, a 12,000-square-foot spa and gym, a pool, kids’ play areas, and an all-ages activity center. It is now open for guests, with cash rates starting at $286 per night.

voco The Club – Dublin Gateway, Ireland

voco The Club – Dublin Gateway officially opened its doors just 15 miles from Dublin in County Kildare. With 50 guest rooms, the hotel includes a brasserie-style restaurant, an outdoor spa, multiple meeting spaces, and parking facilities. Although it will be fully rebranded as an IHG property by the end of the summer, it already participates in IHG One Rewards. Cash rates start at $135 per night.

Le Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz – MGallery Collection, France

Le Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz, part of Accor’s MGallery Collection, has opened in France. This luxury hotel offers 149 guest rooms and amenities such as a rooftop restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a spa. It is now open for guests, with cash rates starting at $334 per night.

AC Hotel Wichita Downtown, Kansas

The first AC Hotel in Kansas, AC Hotel Wichita Downtown, has opened in the Sunflower State. Housed in a building originally constructed in 1929, the hotel features 118 guest rooms, a 650-square-foot fitness center, 2,000 square feet of flexible event space, and the signature AC Kitchen and AC Lounge. Cash rates start at $107 per night.

The REMI Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, Arizona

Marriott has launched The REMI Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, in Arizona. This luxury hotel includes 161 guest rooms, with 25 suites, and offers five dining options, the tallest rooftop pool in the city, and a fitness center. Cash rates start at $185 per night. Guests can earn 5,000 bonus points per stay, valued at $35, from August 1 to October 24, 2025.

Cambria Hotel Templeton-Paso Robles, California

Choice Hotels has introduced the Cambria Hotel Templeton-Paso Robles in California’s Wine Country. The boutique hotel features 132 guest rooms and amenities including an on-site restaurant serving regional wines, a pool and spa with cabanas, an outdoor bar, firepits, a fitness center, and 12 EV charging stations. Cash rates start at $102 per night.

JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo (2025)

Scheduled to open in October 2025, the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo will feature 200 rooms, an executive lounge, gym, pool, spa, and event spaces. Located in Shingawa City, it is well-connected to public transportation. Cash rates start at $830 per night, though award stays using points are not yet available.

Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton, Türkiye (2025)

Hilton plans to open Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, its first cave hotel, in Türkiye. Featuring 36 guest rooms, the hotel will sit below Ortahisar Castle in a natural cave. It will include a bar and terrace, a restaurant, a spa, four pools, and a gym. The hotel is currently joining Hilton Honors.

Spark by Hilton Ponce, Puerto Rico (Late 2025)

Hilton will debut Spark by Hilton Ponce in late 2025. This low-cost option will include 120 guest rooms, meeting spaces, a breakfast area, and an outdoor pool. Other amenities will include in-room refrigerators, complimentary breakfast, and multi-functional common spaces. This will be the brand’s first hotel in the Caribbean and Latin America.

The Venice Times, Vignette Collection, Italy (2025)

The Venice Times, located in Italy, will join IHG’s Vignette Collection portfolio by the end of the year. The 30-room hotel features a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and an outdoor terrace. It will be the third Vignette Collection hotel in Italy, following the Hotel Alexandra in Rome and Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa in Marina di Ragusa, Sicily.

Crowne Plaza Madinah Al Haramain, Saudi Arabia (2026)

IHG announced a deal for the Crowne Plaza Madinah Al Haramain, a 383-room hotel in Saudi Arabia’s Holy City. Scheduled to open in 2026, it will feature two food and beverage options.

Marriott To Expand City Express by Marriott in Brazil

Marriott has signed a deal for seven City Express by Marriott hotels in Brazil, marking the brand’s debut in the country. These hotels will open in Northeast Brazil beginning in 2028, as part of a plan to open 30 City Express by Marriott hotels in Brazil over the next 15 years.

IHG Growing Holiday Inn Brand in Japan

IHG announced that it would convert two hotels in Japan to ANA Holiday Inn. The 130-room Celecton Premier Kobe Sanda Hotel will become ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda, while the 126-room Hotel Bientos will become ANA Holiday Inn Tosu. Both properties will undergo renovations and be rebranded as IHG properties in 2026.
