Steve Kerr, the head coach of the Golden State Warriors, informed reporters on Thursday that forward Jonathan Kuminga will be ready to play in Game 6 tonight against the Houston Rockets.

Kuminga was a late scratch From the decisive Game 5 defeat on Wednesday against the Rockets because of an illness. On Thursday, Kerr informed reporters that Kuminga had been coping with a migraine but was significantly improved by Thursday.

Kuminga has seen his playing time fluctuate within the Golden State Warriors' rotation during this initial stage of their Western Conference playoffs. He got some court action when key player Jimmy Butler missed games because of a pelvic bruise, however, he didn’t see any minutes in Game 4 as per the coaching staff’s discretion. with Butler back , and then skipped Game 5 due to the migraine.

Kuminga scored an average of 15.3 points and pulled down 4.6 rebounds per game over 47 regular-season matches with the Warriors during this season.
