Sunny Interlude: A Short Burst of Sunshine

EARLY JUNE FEEL

What a delight! Despite the chilly start today, the sun is shining brightly. This should boost temperatures from the 40s and 50s early on up into the 70s during the afternoon hours. Actually, certain inland areas might even hit 80 degrees. Make the most of it!

Thursday is also shaping up to be quite pleasant. Although cloud cover will rise, the weather is expected to stay dry with mild temperatures.

RAIN RETURNS

The latter part of the week is expected to become more turbulent weather-wise. Expect a series of showers on Thursday. Friday might be slightly drier, featuring only occasional scattered showers.

The weather prediction for Saturday isn't looking too promising as we carry forward our pattern of wet weekends. Should it rain in Boston, this will mark the 11th consecutive Saturday with rainfall. A low-pressure system bringing both rain and strong breezes is anticipated. However, at present, Sunday seems set to be clear with some sunshine peeking through.
