Crepes rank at the top among customers' preferred dishes.
Ly-Yang mentioned that the crepes can be filled with either ham, cheese, and eggs or with salmon, chicken, or steak.
Chef Anthony Garrido's culinary artistry and meticulous approach are evident, reflecting the time spent in the kitchen with his dad and grandma.
He stated, 'We completely avoid using artificial flavors and rely solely on fresh fruits.'
Through experimentation with various tastes and seasonal ingredients, Garrido crafts a distinctive dining experience each day.

Ly-Yang also operates the nonprofit organization next door, assisting adults with disabilities in securing jobs.
Inspired by the woman she considers her second mother, she established Chez Maryse to provide opportunities for employment to those who visit.
The objective is to extend operations into the adjacent area and introduce a dining service before the year ends.
Xiamy mentions this as her chance to generate additional work schedules for the clients she assists.
