Nicole Kidman appeared almost unidentifiable when showed up at the 2025 Met Gala On Monday night with a fresh short haircut.

The actress amazed on the blue carpet as she ascended the renowned stairs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a sleek, black strapless Balenciaga Couture dress hugging her slim waist. The Aussie starlet complemented her ensemble with black gloves, stockings, and high heels. She topped off her look with eye-catching silver earrings.

Nicole discussed with Lala Anthony the interpretation of this year's Met Gala theme " Superfine: Tailoring Black Style And disclosed that she desired something 'made specifically for her.'

She went on to say: "I spoke to Anna [Wintour] and she said 'Tailor made. Remember that is the theme. Tailor made for you."

The actress continued: "And then this kid of was inspired in support of all of those, gorgeous, gorgeous dandies and the women that then honored them and supported them or protected them. So I'm happy to be here as one of them."
