Marion Popcorn Festival to feature Eagles tribute, Chayce Beckham, and Quiet Riot

The 44th Annual Marion Popcorn Festival, taking place from September 4 to 6, will feature three evenings of complimentary live performances on the event’s central stage.

On Thursday, September 4th, "Out of Eden" kicks off the show. This seven-member band hailing from northeast Ohio will play iconic Eagles tunes like "Hotel California," "Take It Easy," and "Desperado." They'll be joined by local opener "Hard Drive."

On September 5th, which falls on a Friday, Chayce Beckham is set to perform. He gained prominence as the sole contestant on American Idol who achieved victory with original compositions. The chart-topping song "#1 Hit '23'"—which went platinum—and his first studio album titled "Bad for Me" have collectively attracted more than 406 million plays online.

The legendary heavy metal band " Quiet Riot" will conclude the main stage performances at the festival on Saturday, September 6. Hailing from Los Angeles, this group is renowned for their 1983 album "Metal Health," which made them the first heavy metal act to reach number one on the Billboard pop charts.

Every main performance will start at 8:30 p.m., after the opening acts commence at 6:00 p.m.

The festival will include an array of activities such as a Popcorn Parade, a 5K Run, and a Fine Arts exhibition among others. To learn more details, check out the Popcorn Festival’s official site or contact them at 740-387-FEST.
