Given that the Panthers are eager to boost their explosive capabilities in returns and add depth to their receiver lineup, Horn stands a good chance of making an immediate impact with the team.

Additionally, he gained 90 more yards with 14 punt returns under his belt.

Currently, veteran running back Raheem Blackshear seems to be leading as the top contender for return responsibilities following his performance in 2024. However, if Horn showcases his speed and field awareness during the summer—especially when it comes to punt returns—he might present a strong argument for taking over that role.
