Influencer's 'Connection Day' Teaches 'Holding Space' and Sells Out in Seconds
An event dubbed as a "connection day," orchestrated by a social media influencer, sold out within just ten seconds.
Jade Bowler, known as Unjaded Jade online, is a Brighton-based influencer aiming to educate individuals about "connecting with yourself, like-minded folks, and nature."
The 25-year-old initially gained prominence as a StudyTuber, which is a type of YouTube influencer concentrating on study techniques, examination prep, and fostering a passion for learning. However, they now concentrate more on promoting mindfulness, personal development, and positive thinking.

Since moving to Brighton from London in September, Jade has been sharing her life in the city – including sea-swims, visiting vegan restaurants and decorating her flat.
She announced to her 975,000 YouTube followers that she is organising a “day of connection”, which will be held in a “woodland in Brighton” on May 31.
Jade says the event, which apparently sold out within ten seconds, is the "ideal event I wished for last year when I felt lonely in London."
The social media expert contends that individuals are not instructed "on how to form supportive connections".
The event, designed for 150 participants, will feature four facilitated workshops led by skilled professionals, covering topics such as "music, crafts, movement, and compassion".
Participants will enjoy a warm meal, matcha lattes, freshly made pastries, and gift bags.
"As a team of 30, you'll move through each station and interact in various ways," Jade explained.
“I’m talking sitting in a cosy yurt and learning how to hold space for others, how to do arts and crafts with plants from the land. I just want to restore faith in humanity.”
The influencer, who presents a podcast titled Finding Your Casual Magic – which advocates for discovering happiness in the mundane aspects of daily existence – refers to Brighton as "the worldwide hub of casual magic".
