Glimpse the Reality: 74th Oklahoma Highway Patrol Academy

OKLAHOMA (KXII) - Members of the 74th Oklahoma Highway Patrol Academy were unexpectedly roused by fellow officers early this morning.

During a midnight physical training session, with flashing lights and blaring sirens, the cadets met their Training, Advising, and Counseling (TAC) officers for the first time.

Everything is geared towards readiness for the disorder and strain that OHP Troopers face when operating on highways solo.

Future graduates will be equipped with the knowledge to ensure their safety while also getting ready for the challenges and unforeseen occurrences that come with law enforcement.
