An enormous entertainment complex is slated for JBR, particularly at Rixos Premium Dubai, which will add significantly to this roster. Sunset Hospitality Group Kapitol, their primary foray into the entertainment sector, is scheduled to launch in September 2025. This venue will focus on games and recreation. As soon as you step inside, the entertainment and enjoyment begin. Guests will make their way through an impressive main entrance into the lobby where they'll discover a 360-degree photo booth designed to document your experiences right from the beginning.

On the lower level, you can enjoy an array of activities including batting cages, virtual axe-throwing (let’s hope they’re not actual axes), and electronic shuffleboard. Other offerings consist of dartboards, Formula 1 simulation racers, and classic arcade games. Each floor features lively bars equipped with dining and drinking choices close to the gaming areas, ensuring easy access whenever hunger strikes. Additionally, a central stage has been set up for live performances by DJs and musicians as needed.

On the second level, visitors can enjoy a sophisticated and engaging 14-hole miniature golf course; perhaps this would be a good time to hone your skills on the green. Moving up to the third story, you'll find ten bowling alleys featuring two exclusive VIP lanes.
