Bio Korea 2025 Launches in Seoul: Exploring the Future of the Biohealth Industry

SEOUL, May 7, 2025 (WAM) — The Bio Korea 2025 exhibition, South Korea’s premier event for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, commenced today in Seoul with participation from approximately 750 firms worldwide. This gathering aims to highlight cutting-edge advancements and developments within the biotechnology industry.

Now in its 20th year, the three-day annual exhibition is being held under the theme, “Innovation and Cooperation, Shaping the Future Together,” according to the organisers.

Approximately 30,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, which features 429 booths operated by 323 companies from around the world, according to Yonhap News Agency.

The focus of this year's event is on progress within the bio-health field propelled by artificial intelligence and various cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, it covers contemporary industry tendencies like novel treatment methods and age-defying innovations.
