Each company relies on the other for various reasons despite their competitive nature.

Apple boasts a substantial base of iPhone users, which Google values greatly. This is why Google pays Apple billions annually to keep Safari as the default search engine. Additionally, numerous Google applications are accessible on iOS systems. Therefore, incorporating Gemini into Apple’s intelligence capabilities appears to be a natural evolution.
