American Idol winner, rock legends headline Marion Popcorn Festival 2025

A legendary rock band, an American Idol winner and an Eagles tribute band will be the featured main stage entertainment for the 44th annual Marion Popcorn Festival Sept. 4-6.

The festival will kick off Thursday, Sept. 4, with Out of Eden – A Tribute to the Eagles , presented by Buckeye Community School . American Idol winner Chayce Beckham will perform on Friday, Sept. 5, and Quiet Riot will takes the stage on Saturday, Sept. 6.

Out of Eden is a seven-piece tribute band hailing from Northeast Ohio, dedicated to performing classic Eagles tunes. Their performance lineup includes popular tracks like "Hotel California," "Desperado," and "Take It Easy." Entertainment on the Main Stage kicks off at 6 p.m. with a local act called Hard Drive.

Beckham The victor from American Idol Season 19, he has earned acclaim for his distinctive approach to songwriting and has been nominated for honors at the People’s Choice Country Awards and the CMT Music Awards. His breakout track "23" topped both the iTunes Country and Overall Singles charts upon release.

Beckham’s debut album, titled "Bad for Me," blends elements of country and rock music, reflecting his own narrative through songwriting.

He will take the stage at 8:30 p.m., after an introductory performer who will be revealed subsequently.

The festival will wrap up on September 6th with a performance by Quiet Riot . The Los Angeles rock band made history as the first heavy metal band to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart with its album "Metal Health."

The band, known for hits like "Cum on Feel the Noize" and "Metal Health (Bang Your Head)," has sold over 15 million records worldwide. The performance will start at 8:30 p.m., following another opening act to be announced.
