United Township High School students explore different careers

EAST MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - United Township High School hosted a career fair Wednesday for students to explore career options.

“This is special, and it’s special because of you guys,” said James Davis, College & Career Advisor at United Township High School. “What you do for these kids to prepare them for the future it’s amazing. And that’s the word I want everybody to leave with. Amazing.”

Local businesses from around the Quad Cities came to the event to share what goes into their career fields.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming because I know that today, you touched a child. That’s going to change their future. Thank you,” Davis said.
