RHOBH's Dorit Kemsley Seeks Divorce From PK After Decade-Married Life

Dorit Kemsley has initiated legal proceedings for separation from her spouse of ten years, Paul “PK” Kemsley, an English entrepreneur. She is requesting full custody of their two offspring along with alimony.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has initiated the process to end her 10-year marriage to her spouse, according to filings submitted on Friday, April 25, as reported by NBC News. The reason cited was "irreconcilable differences.

Dorit Kemsley has sought both legal and physical custody of their two offspring—son Jagger Issy Kemsley, who is 11 years old, and daughter Phoenix Nava Kemsley, aged 9. Along with asking for alimony from her spouse as outlined in the filings, Dorit additionally requested that he be responsible for covering her lawyer’s expenses and related costs.

The divorce filing came one day after Paul Kemsley was seen with former “Amazing Race” contestant Shana Wall on April 24, per E! News. The two were photographed together in Beverly Hills and shared a kiss in one of the snaps.

Dorit and Paul Kemsley announced in May 2024 that they were taking “some time apart” as a couple in a now-deleted joint statement on Instagram.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage,” the statement read. “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.”

The couple added, “To safe guard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”

The fourteenth season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," airing from November 2024 through March 2025 with a subsequent three-episode finale in April, highlighted the contentious bond between the separated partners.

Even though his wedding took prominence throughout the season, Paul Kemsley chose not to attend the reunion. He opted instead for submitting a written statement as reported by Bravo, stating partly, "Although I received an invitation for the Reunion, I turned it down since I feel interacting with Dorit in such a setting wouldn't serve a productive purpose."

I declined to fuel a flame that wasn’t started by me," the message went on. "The Dorit I wed wouldn't have permitted such a thing, let alone instigated it. She represented compassion, honesty, and elegance. My wish is for this current iteration of Dorit to rediscover the individual she originally was.

At the reunion, Dorit Kemsley opened up about the impact of their split, saying, "I'm wounded. I'm sorrowful. With each passing day, I'm becoming increasingly aware that what I thought would shape my future might not turn out as expected."

"And I believe this understanding is incredibly tough," she went on to say, adding that it felt as though her heart had shattered into a million pieces.
