Red Cross Launches Resource Center to Aid Flood Victims in Jefferson and Hardin Counties

The American Red Cross is offering increased support to those affected by flooding in Jefferson and Hardin counties.

The nonprofit organization is establishing a short-term resource center in West Point.

The website will provide face-to-face assistance to those affected by the intense storms and floods that struck our region at the start of April.

They can assist you with applying for financial aid and link you to additional support services.

The hub will be located at West Point Independent School.

The event will be accessible on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
