Madison County Water Shutdown: System Upgrades Underway
MADSON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Due to system enhancements, the Madison County Water Department plans to halt water supply for several customers starting Monday.
One of the system improvements will start at 8:00 a.m. on April 28. These improvements will cause a temporary water outage for customers on Edenshire Drive, River Song Court, Fisherman Circle, Sovereign Drive and Sovereign Court in the Northeast area of Madison County. The work is scheduled to be finished by 3:00 p.m. on Monday.

The next enhancement to the system is set to begin at 8:00 a.m. on April 28th. As part of these upgrades, there will be a disruption in water service affecting residents on Winchester Road extending from Old Mountain Fork Road up to 6370 Winchester Road, including areas such as Newgent Drive and Section House Road within the northeastern sector of Madison County. The anticipated finish time for this task is noon on Monday.
