Lansing Tattoo Convention Makes a Bold Return for Its Second Edition

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -- The Lansing Tattoo Convention came back for the second annual event this weekend.
At the Lansing Tattoo Convention, attendees had the opportunity to connect with both amateur and seasoned tattoo artists such as Kyle Dunbar, known for his appearances on seasons three and four of the popular series "Ink Master." The event featured live showcases along with the chance for visitors to receive personal tattoos.
Travis Crossley, who assisted in organizing the convention, spoke passionately about his enthusiasm for his career as a tattoo artist.
I have always had a passion for tattoos,” stated Crossley. "When I turned 14, I constructed my very own tattoo machine. To me, they represent the ultimate means of personal expression, which I adore. Tattoos are both my artistry and profession, so I am grateful that I get to pursue this daily.
Crossley expressed his hope to make the tattoo convention an annual event in Lansing.
