Jenson Button and Wife Vow Never to Return to the UK After Emotional Statement
Former F1 Star Jenson Button and his spouse Brittny were left rattled when a thief absconded with her luggage, which contained £250,000 worth of jewelry and high-end garments.
The event took place outside London's St Pancras International Station in February. This occurrence transpired as the 2009 Formula One World Champion was assisting their driver, thereby offering an ideal moment for the culprit to steal Brittny’s expensive Goyard baggage.
After returning from a romantic trip to Paris, the couple found themselves in the UK with a heartbreaking loss: their suitcase was stolen. It held not only two Kelly bags worth approximately £70,000 but also an assortment of meaningful jewelry that commemorated their marriage and each child’s arrival, making the theft all the more devastating as the items’ combined value exceeded £250,000.
- Stephen Hendry's spouse is heartbroken following his relationship with an actress who is 19 years her junior.
- Ali Carter leaves Ronnie O'Sullivan's emotions unmistakable as their rivalry takes yet another turn.
Brittny, 34, a fashion model and mother to Jenson's two children, expressed her shock and distress at the incident. Via the Express , she said: "I was kind of shocked. How like unsecure everything felt [in London], just so many people, [and] so chaotic."
Following the release of CCTV footage to station teams in the vicinity, plainclothes officers managed to apprehend the thief. Mourad Aid, 41, has since pleaded guilty in Westminster Magistrates' Court and is currently awaiting sentencing in custody.
The British Transport Police issued a clip demonstrating Aid fleeing with the precious baggage as Jenson briefly looked away to pack their car. Brittny commented, “It never crossed our minds till Jenson exclaimed, ‘Hang on, where’s your bag?’ He immediately rushed after him, but the culprit had vanished.”
I simply began weeping; I was somewhat distressed with Jenson as I thought he had let things slip slightly. However, it wasn’t really his fault since someone was observing us. Additionally, a few months back, he had his bag snatched at a car park in London.

I was certainly taken aback that my usual caution went out of the window. Normally, I am quite careful when I’m out and about in public spaces, but I simply failed to consider that groups were actually lurking around, looking for individuals to target.
Unfortunately for Jenson and Brittny, it appears improbable that they will regain their belongings. the Daily Mail It was reported that the items appeared in online advertisements soon after the incident. She went on: "Sadly, I came across some dubious pictures online showing these individuals posing with my bags resting on their laps."
I realised I likely wouldn’t get them back, and they might have passed through countless hands – but at that moment, I didn’t care much about it. I wasn’t planning to send anybody to meet these folks.

I've come across numerous tales. In the early days of our relationship, we used to visit London, which felt like a wonderful spot at the time. But nowadays, it seems rather bleak and ominous.
My spouse and I genuinely have zero desire to return to the UK, which is unfortunate since we'll inevitably have to go back for our families and careers.
It simply seems too dangerous now and doesn’t feel like it used to be, which is truly sad since their children’s grandmother and aunts reside there.
