Father Charged With Death After Deadly Crash Kills 14-Year-Old Son

The parent of a 14-year-old boy who died in an accident on the M6 has been accused of causing death by dangerous driving.

Ryan Liam Morgan was traveling as a passenger in the Peugeot van when it veered off the road and collided with a tree on April 20; this information comes from the Lancashire Constabulary.

Ryan sustained severe injuries and was declared deceased at the location where it occurred.

Daniel Burba, his 31-year-old father, faces charges including causing death through reckless driving and causing death while driving without a license or insurance, according to law enforcement officials.

Burba, from Arnside Crescent, Morecambe, is now in police custody and is scheduled to appear at Lancaster Magistrates' Court on Monday.

According to the police, the accident occurred between exits 34 and 33 heading south close to University Hill, with no involvement of other cars.

Burba was admitted to the hospital with severe injuries but was released after some time.

The agency stated: "Our thoughts continue to be with Ryan's family during this challenging period."

Specially trained officers are providing them with support.

Anyone possessing relevant information or video recordings was requested to contact 101 and provide log number 503 from April 20.
