Driver Charged After Rampage Damages Property in Marion Neighborhood

A motorist has faced charges following a hit-and-run accident that resulted in property damage within a neighborhood of Marion.
The Marion Police Department reports that the incident took place at approximately 6:20 p.m. on April 18 in the 5900 block of Alburnett Road.
According to police, a vehicle traveling north veered off the roadway and ended up in the yards of two adjacent houses. This resulted in some property damage, but the driver didn’t stop or provide any contact details.
On Monday, April 21, law enforcement officers found the driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Dustin Pruismann.
He faces charges for Failing to Maintain Control and Colliding with Fixtures on the Highway.
