The Healthy: Brooklyn, it's great chatting with you. You came into the world just as I was heading off to high school! One thing I adore about this initiative is how crucial it is for all of us to engage in discussions around men who find joy in spending time in the kitchen. Cooking truly transcends gender boundaries. From following your family’s journey in the Netflix documentary series, we can see that your father has quite an affinity for cooking. Could you tell me what ignited your enthusiasm for whipping up meals?

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham: Sure, during my upbringing, I had the privilege of residing in several fantastic locations. I enjoy experimenting with novel experiences and particularly relish sampling different types of food. What brings me joy above all else is being cozy at home alongside our quartet of canines and my spouse, uncorking a bottle of wine and preparing a meal.

The Healthy: What do you usually have for dinner on a typical weeknight?

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham: We prepare my favorite meal, spaghetti Bolognese—definitely using the Barilla Al Bronzo. I'm not much of a bread-with-pasta person, which is why I opt for [it] instead.
