Arrests Made After Weapon Clash Reported

Two individuals have been taken into custody following the deployment of armed officers to address a reported altercation involving weaponry in Leeds.

Police were contacted several times at 5:10 PM local time on Thursday regarding a group of individuals engaged in combat along South Farm Road in Gipton.

The West Yorkshire Police reported that two individuals, one 37 years old and another 40 years old, have been taken into custody for suspected involvement in an affray.

Both of them sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital for care; however, they were subsequently released.

A second individual was discovered wounded at the location, according to law enforcement officials.

Authorities are urging anyone with information or video recordings related to the incident to come forward.
