Earlier this month, as initially reported on Myhighplains.com, law enforcement officers monitored Duncan’s activities when they claimed to see him exchange $6,000 for approximately three pounds of methamphetamine with Salazar.

During a subsequent traffic stop, Duncan was detained due to pending warrants, and following this, packages suspected to contain methamphetamine were discovered in the car where she was riding as a passenger.

During a routine traffic stop for traffic infractions, Salazar was taken into custody. She reportedly admitted to law enforcement officials that she had transported narcotics for payment. Following this, approximately 10 pounds of suspected methamphetamine along with $20,000 were discovered when authorities searched her residence.
