During her apprehension, she allegedly kept telling Dishong that she wished the 11-year-old would perish, as stated in the arrest documentation.

The police stated that the cellphone footage supplied by Dishong supported the allegations.

"There ought to be significantly more action taken regarding this matter than just charging it as a misdemeanor or an assault with disorderly conduct," Dishong said. said On Monday during an interview with the Cleveland television station WOIO.

Her daughter informed WOIO that Scott "came from behind and grabbed her by the hair, then threw her onto the ground."

Scott’s charges were upgraded On Tuesday during her arraignment, she entered a plea of not guilty to additional charges which include felony assault, aggravated assault, resistance to arrest, hindering official duties, and public disruption.

The judge assigned her bail at $95,000, and she has to return to court on April 28 for a preliminary hearing.
