Fulton City Schools Appoints New Leader as Superintendent

The Fulton City School District has appointed a new leader for their district.
On Tuesday evening, the Fulton School Board chose Douglas Lawrence as the leader of the district. The quest for a new superintendent started in January after Superintendent Brian Pulvino retired.
Previously, Lawrence was employed at the Liverpool Central School where he served as an assistant superintendent before taking on the role of interim superintendent.
Lawrence is set to begin his new position in July.
